Every formula begins with research into its ingredients. Decoy’s active ampoules are developed by a team with a National Taiwan University research background, and every ingredient is disclosed. Our founder and team’s R&D has earned 3 patents, and the patented device is additionally licensed under 3 invention patents (all Taiwan patents).
Our products are made by qualified cosmetics manufacturers, with product registration and Product Information Files handled as the regulations require, so every product has a clear origin and record.
We explain how a product suits your skin and how to use it. Everyone’s experience is different, so we never exaggerate or make promises we cannot keep.
Our beauticians use the Decoy device to turn the serum in each active ampoule into a fine mist and apply it evenly onto the skin surface. It is needle-free and leaves no wounds. Every session is recorded, so you can follow your own care over time.

Founder & CEO, Acheloy Biomed
Molly Chen trained in public health and epidemiology and served as project manager of an influenza vaccine research project at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). She brings that research discipline to skincare, believing that good care comes from clear evidence and genuine concern.
